Data source - Bulk migrate data source to point to new SQL server
We are migrating our devolutions rdm databases to a new SQL server and was looking to see if there is a way to bulk modify the data source configuration to point to the new host to help minimize impact on our Devolutions rdm users. We are backing up the databases and mounting them onto the new SQL server. Was hoping to find a way to remotely update RemoteDesktopManager.cfg.
Is there a way to do it without having to manually update the host?

Perhaps you could generate a custom installer package with the new data source configuration, we have the following knowledge base article regarding this:

Another option would be to export the new configuration and have the users import it manually

Hello Tim,
In that case, I recommend creating a custom installation package that allows you to preconfigure the new data source for your users.
After the deployment, your users will be prompted to apply the new configuration. If you want to suppress this prompt and force the new setting, you can configure the appropriate GPO.
