RDM Not opening RDP on first try after update 2025.2.30.0
After updating to the latest version when I open an RDP connection, if no user is currently logged onto the remote machine RDM opens the connection and then closes it. On second attempt it will connect normally.

The latest version is currently 2025.3.16. Does the issue occur in this version?

Hmm.. When I check for updates I don't see that available for the Windows version.

I installed the version from the manual download page. The issue is still occurring. Here is the error. However, when I open the session again I get in.It's only if the machine has been logged off. If the RDP session is still open for the user I am able to connect on the first attempt.

I'm still unable to reproduce the issue on my end. Could you please let me know if there's anything specific or unusual in the entry you're using? Are you using Wake-on-LAN by any chance?
