Show tabs in multiple rows (fixed rownumber)

I have some troubles when using many tabs in the RDM. The first situation is that when i have the show tabs in multiple rows switched off they overflow and getting messy to work with.

When using the multiple row feature i have troubles when the second or third row appears.
Some Connections, like the WIndows RDP, dont rescale properly. The smart-reconnect feature is enabled, but doesn't work everytime.

An simple solution for me would be, if the row of tabs are an fixed number (for example 3) and when exceeding it should overflow.

Is that possible to get that in the settings?
