Hello everyone,
For some reason, my RDM vault keeps freezing after it locks, and sometimes the attached error message appears.
I have already removed and reinstalled the application, applied the latest updates, and I am currently using version 2025.3.16.0.
I’m attaching the image that appears occasionally. When the app freezes, it affects all other applications on my laptop, and the system only returns to normal after a reboot.

Odd, next time it freezes, can you please follow the steps outlined here? This should allow us to diagnose the issue.

Hello there.
I tried to create the file, but each time that I try to do it, I received the image attached here.

The dump file was created, but when I try to put here, the site send me or show me a mesage saying that i can not upload.
Hello, it's me again.
Today, Sunday afternoon, I try again to fix de error so, I uninstall the software using "Revo Uninstall" and erasing every log or register, then, I download the RDM again and install, but when I start it, the same error shows up!!!
I am thinking that could be a problem with my laptop.
if you could help me to find the problem, I appreciate.
