SSH connections have been dropping since the new update for the last 3-4 days. Under Settings ---> Advanced, Enable TCP keep-alives has been checked and ping interval has been set to 4 seconds. Thank you.
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this,
What type of data source are you using?
Additionally, I'm wondering if there are any error messages when you are disconnected. If there are, could you provide me with a screenshot of the error?
Let me know,
Best regards,
Samuel Dery

Local data source. No when I switch windows back to RDM, there's 0 SSH connections. Is there a way I can pull out log files? Thank you.
Hello,
Thank you for your reply,
You can check under "Help" -> "Application Logs" to see if any errors are generated when the sessions are disconnected.
Can you provide me with some additional details on the behavior? How long are you outside RDM before switching back to it before you encounter the issue? Does it occur instantly?
Let me know,
Best regards,
Samuel Dery
