how can i get rdp connection type to ignore system dpi and scaling?
i am not talking about the global settings called "scaling" (with dpu unaware or system aware)
i am talking about per rdp connection. to be able to connect while ignoring my own client dpi and scaling and connect to the other side "plainly"

Have you checked the display tab settings in the properties of RDP entries? https://docs.devolutions.net/rdm/kb/how-to-articles/rdp-session-entry/#display-tab
Could you let me know if the "Dynamic resolution" would fit your needs?
If you want to open the connection "plainly", the closest experience would be to open the session in external mode.

i tried dynamic resolution but the scaling is still like the source

Thank you for the follow-up.
Could you please try setting the Screen Sizing Mode to Smart Sizing under the Display tab? I tested this on my side with a very high scaling configuration on my machine, and the remote scaling remained unchanged.
