Logs for Automatic Background Synchronizers

Good morning.
Would it be too cumbersome to 'tweak' the Activity Lgos specifically for the Automatic Background Synchronizers?
It would be nice to know if an entry was added / deleted by the synchronizer versus manual sync?
If it is not feasible, or too complicated, I understand.

Hello,
I think it makes sense to distinguish between an automatic execution of the synchronizer and a manual one. I've opened a ticket so we can improve this.
