The last few weeks I have noticed that when connecting to Ubuntu via RDP, Remote Desktop Manager becomes very sluggish (to the point of unusability). As of this morning I am also having issues with the host's clipboard functionality (also only when connected to Ubuntu). Disconnect from the Ubuntu sessions (leaving Windows sessions open) and everything is fine.
Is this a known issue, and/or do I have something misconfigured? Any assistance would be welcome.
Hey,

Good morning, Stephan - answers below.
I can tell you that after I removed the whole suite and reinstalled yesterday, and if I did each Ubuntu session one at a time (rather than reopening from previous) I was able to get it working well. This morning running the software and restoring previous sessions I didn't have the same issues either. So maybe a "ghost in the machine" and/or solved by reinstalling...?
Hey, thank you for following up!
It sounds like the reinstall may have cleared out whatever was haunting your sessions—whether it was a configuration conflict or just a ghostly glitch.
Either way, I’m glad everything is stable again.
Should the ghost return, we’ll be ready to investigate further.
Have a nice day,
Stephan
