Can you add the Supportservicelevel and the Supportcontactinformations too? The Support could be a new category in contact-entry, so that I can linked it to the warrenty-info at the device-entry.

yes:) because the Support-Contact will be always the same by the manufacturer like HP, IBM, cisco and so on.
important is also the product/type-number and serial number of the devices in this context
