Hi, I'm looking into the option to require a ticketnumber on password view. As we're using FreshService, it would help adoption if it could be added as a ticketing service.

Thank you for the request and for linking the API documentation, this is very useful. We'll monitor this thread for additional feedback to help us prioritize this.
A question for you, are you using FreshService or FreshService for MSPs? They seem to have different API endpoints according to the documentation, and I want to be sure we prioritize the one our users use most.

I believe we're using "FreshService" not "FreshService for MSP's".
