Export auditing / usage log

I tested this in the new beta version 8.9.2.0 and the current 8.4.3.0.

We like to limit exports to our users, but see the need to enable that now. We want to make sure that those exports are audited, but from what I've tried, they don't show up in the usage log.

We tested by r-clicking a customer folder and exporting it to both a .rdm file and exporting it to a .html file.

We use a shared SQL database that is housed on our network.

Any help would be appreciated.
