Hi, is there any possibility to import folders from a csv file? We currently creating a complete new structure for a team and need to add more then 100 countries. I was wondering if we could import it but it seems there is no possibility?

Sure, it's possible to import a folder structure from a CSV file. Here is a sample that should work.

ConnectionType,ConnectionSubType,SubMode,Name,Group,Description
Folder,,0,Test,Test,
Folder,,0,Citrix,Test\Citrix,
Folder,,0,Controller,Test\Citrix\Controller,

Hi Erica,

thanks a lot this helps me a lot. Is there any possibility to adjust the Icons on multiple Folders? I want to avoid setting the Icons on each Folder by Folder.

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback.

I don't think it is possible to update the folder icon from the CSV file. However, you can do it after importing the CSV file using the Advanced search and Batch Edit features. This is the only method to update folders in a batch.
