Attaching info to a group of servers

We've been using RDM for some time but we haven't really used all of its functions yet, so this may sound a obvious questions, but I'll ask them anyway:
- is there some way I can group couple of server into one entry? Let's say that we have an Exchange environment that consists of couple DAG servers and we would like to harden our security by implementing a system administrator log for those servers. This document is form in which the administrator will log his actions concerning the specific server. The only problem is that he should add this info for all of the servers at once and not one-by-one becasue that would be ineffective. So can we group those couple servers into one group and attach the info to it? If yes, is there any way we could restrict some of the administrators to access only specific servers and not all of them? Let's say that apart from Exchange we have a SQL Cluster, and someone else is a sql administrator, so he shouldn't obviously be able to see the Exchange security issues written down by its' administrator. Is there any way we can prevent him from doing so?
- we have a bunch of branch offices, each containing about 50-60 workstations. The computer names are handled by the local admins, who were delegated admin rights for their respective offices. The problem is that they're constantly changing the computer names - doesn't matter new or old ones - and we're like trying to keep it under control so we would like to have those worksatations entries automatically updated from Active Directory. Is there some way we can achieve these? We've using Dameware to connect to them and all our workstations' entries are made like this.
