Missing Credential Entry Types in Devolutions

Missing Credential Entry Types in Devolutions

Hello,
One of our users is experiencing an issue where several credential entry types (e.g., API key, Azure service principal, SSH key, Secret, etc.) are missing when creating a new entry.
On my side, I can see all of them under Credential entry, but the user can only see:

  • One-time password (OTP)
  • Username and password

We have confirmed that both of us are using the same environment. Could you please advise what might be causing this difference?

Could you please verify whether this user’s User Interface Profile is set to IT Professional? Since you didn’t mention your data source, I’m linking the instructions for both Hub Business and Devolutions Server:

Thanks for your reply. The user profile was set to Business, so I have changed it for that user.
