Password Policy - Passphrase

When attempting to create a password policy with a mode of passphrase, upon selecting passphrase I immediately get direct to an access denied page.
Is this by design, do I now need to subscribe to use passphrases?

Thanks for the reply Tommy, I had submitted a ticket but didn't see anything until Alexandre replied earlier, it's being forwarded to the dev team (ticket 00096872:) after being reproduced by Samuel.
I wasn't sure the ticket had raised hence the forum post (might be worth adding an acknowledgement email to the initial flow).

It's the personal hub btw, in case I've raised this in the wrong area?
