Support for Bitwarden EU region

Currently RDM only supports the US region of Bitwarden, and not the EU version.
With the current regulation, alot of EU based companies are required to keep sensitive data inside EU, so this prohibits them from using the US region.
Bitwardens API has a EU endpoint which can be seen here:

Hello,
Support for Bitwarden Europe will be added in our next major version, 2025.3, coming this fall. We are hoping to have a beta available next week.
In your Bitwarden entry you will have to change the value of the host mode to "europe" to make sure it's on the correct server.
