Data source 'lock', Backup Configuration and Import/Export Settings

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is a feature or a bug, but if you have a file data source and lock its configuration with a password you cannot change backup settings from de Ribbon/Menu, but you still can open it and change its settings from the Backup option in the Status Bar. I don't know if it happens with other type of data sources. Should it be fixed?

Another related security problem is that I have not found a GPO Policy to compleatly disable Import/Export features on the user interface. There are some policies I've tried, but I still can export the entire vault from the top folder of the Tree view or individual folders and sessions.

I think both features should be optionally locked for at least "locked" data sources.

Regarding the first issue, I was able to reproduce it and have submitted a bug report. I will keep you informed of any updates or progress on our side.

Hello,

Starting with version 2025.2.23.0, the issue allowing backup settings to be changed from the status bar despite the data source being locked will be fixed.
