Could you please confirm the version of RDM you are using, as well as the type and version of the data source?
Additionally, there is a field where you can specify a path for saving logs; did you select a path?

I have 2025.2.17.0 64-bit (JIT)
As Data Sources we have a shared DB. Where can I find the version?

I enabled the logs going to proprieties (of the session)-logs-enable logs

In secureCRT I had simply to save the output of the SSH session

I tested the behavior on my end but was unable to reproduce the issue. Could you please share a screenshot of the log configuration you set up?
Additionally, could you confirm the type of path you entered for the log location? (Local, shared, network path)
