Duo to Credentials

Would it be possible to get Duo MFA tied/embedded to a credential in RDM. This would be particularly useful in scenarios where you connect via a service account but the Duo is only linked to one mobile number - it would allow use of this credential in the event of the named member of staff being absent.

Would it be possible for you to describe the full scenario you're thinking of? I'm having trouble seeing how we could implement this in RDM. I know Duo has "bypass codes" which can be used to authenticate when the device is not available, but I'm assuming this is not what you're thinking of.
