FAIL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

Could you please let us know which version of Remote Desktop Manager you're currently using, as well as which data source you have configured?
If you're using Devolutions Server (DVLS), please also include the version number.

Have you tried enabling more or all of the possible Algorithm support in each of the four tabs?
Ive had this similar issue in the past as some devices were using certain Algorithms (which were switched off in RDM).

These settings can be overriden in the entry property; can you verify in the SSH entry property if these algos are supported as well?

i had the same problem with an old cisco nexus 3064. I had to enable all settings in MAC in addition to all other settings.
