Hi,
I have a certain list of entries for each location named with a location prefix (e.g. abc1), the entries would look like abc1rou001, abc1rou002, abc1con001.
The entries are of different types, mostly SSH, but also RDP and Websites.
What i want to be able to is whenever we add a new location (bcd2) just simply select all the entries of another location and duplicate them replacing abc1 with bcd2 in the name and also host field. Right now I do this manually and it is really a lot of clicking.
Is there a way I can achieve that?

Hi Carl,
I managed to make it work with exporting the necessary entries and replace the location prefix in notepad++ for all entries within the export file before importing it again.
With the batch edit option I couldn't find a way to change only the first x letters in the Name and Hostname of the entries.
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to Devolutions Support.
Currently, there is no way to duplicate multiple entries at once. However, in your case, I recommend exporting the tree view you wish to duplicate, then reimporting the entries where you'd like them to appear. After that, you can use the batch edit option to make changes to all entries at once.
Please use the following link for instructions on exporting and reimporting entries:

Let me know if this solution works for you.

Hello,
Using a text editor to replace the prefixes before re-importing does appear to be the most efficient method at the moment.
