Hello
We noticed that since the 2025.2.x going offline is cause some headache.
When going offline, the process start as expected, but when one should be offline and happily using RDM, we get the notification that no license is found.
Restarting RDM works most of the time.
Is there a way to solve this issue please?
Kind regards,
Nick

Hi Nick,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
This was indeed a known issue in earlier versions of the 2025.2.x series, and it has been resolved in our latest release, 2025.2.20. Could you please confirm which specific version you're currently using?
If you’re not already on version 2025.2.20, we recommend updating to see if that resolves the problem. You can also try the latest portable version of RDM, which allows you to test without affecting your current installation:

Let us know how it goes or if you continue experiencing issues—we’ll be happy to assist further!
Kind regards,
Stephan
Hi Stephan
I did not see in the release notes of the latest release (.20) that it solved this issue.
We are currently running a mix of the .17 and .20 release. On both we are having this issue. Most reports are of the people running the .17 version.
I could not reproduce the issue with the portable version. I'll push the .20 version and see if it is resolved for most people and look further into the issues on those that are already on the .20 release. Maybe those are just a user issue.
Kind regards,
Nick
