The following scenario occurs: a user is working in an application, locks the screen (Ctrl + L), and upon returning, finds the application unresponsive ("frozen"). Meanwhile, Task Manager does not show any increased system load or errors. The data source is Personal Hub.
It should be noted that the issue does not occur every time but is most frequently observed under the described conditions. If additional details are required for troubleshooting, I am ready to provide them. Please specify what exact information is needed (e.g., application logs, interface screenshots, power settings) and where to locate it.

Could you please let us know which versions of Windows you are currently using? This information will help us better understand the issue, as I haven’t been able to reproduce it on my end.

Also, on my system, the shortcut to lock the screen is Win + L. Could you confirm if it is the same way on your end?

Hello,

I am using windows 24H2 (OS build 26100.4351).
Yes, indeed, the keyboard shortcut WIN+L is used to lock the screen.
It may also have some effect: when working, I use a Proxy with kerberos authorization. I assume that when the screen is locked, the authorization expires and Internet access for the computer is terminated, after which the problem arises.

I also noticed a feature: the hang is accompanied by two such tabs in the browser.
