Sub-Connections
Sub-connections don't seem to count in the overall entries count in RDM taskbar. I was taking established virtual machines (servers) and for better organization making them sub-connections of the established virtual host. That is when I noticed my sessions count had dropped. Should the sub-connections still not count as a session?
How can I show a VM linked to a host w/o using the parent option?

In 8.4.0.0 the count seems to be off. I have for example on my work pc listed in RDM 243 entries which consist of 238 sessions and 5 credentials. When I conducted a test export to CSV it's showing me export 233 sessions which are also available to me to open and delete. In the dashboard of a session count is also off and only counting the parent connection (in my case the VM's of the Virtual Host).
When the export to CSV was completed only 229 session items were included. Missing from the export was an Excel doc, two Logmein sessions, all VM's listed as sub connections, and one virtual pc session. Also missing are the credential entries however I don't recall ever having to export them to CSV as I have exported them to RDM format.
The above is what I have found initially on one machine. I will validate against my second machine as well.

The export csv does export the sub connection. For the other one, could you try to export one specifically to see the content?
I can fix this for sure. I saw that the group dashboard does not indicate the right count when you show the sub-connection.

I was able to update my home pc to 8.4.0.0 and I was exported a group which contained 5 servers total (1 host or parent and 4 VM's sub connections) via export special and in the end result CSV file only the parent entry was listed in the export.

I Was able to do an "Export All Entries" (EAE) & an "Export All Host List" (EAHL) and I do see differences where EAE appears to be complete at initial glance versus the missing "entries" in the EAHL output as I can understand where an office document is not considered a "host" or when creating a new session the items under Cloud Explorer, Documents, or other may not be considered a "host".

RDM seems to skip those with an empty host.

That is understandable, I just wanted to make sure that the overall connections are not lost in exporting and also the visual counts are correct as they are quick status indicators or any new or missing connections due to day to day work in RDM.
