Let's say I have 2 screens. I have RDM open on screen 1, I undock a RDP session from RDM and move it to screen 2.
I open another application on screen 1. Whenever I now interact with the undocked window (on screen 2) the main RDM window will move infront of the application on screen 1. The same goes for the other way around.
I'm not sure how long this has been the case as I do not use the undocking feature very often, but I've never noticed this. Is this intended behaviour?
I use RDM version: 2025.2.14.0 64-bit
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out regarding this matter.
There is an anchor feature, represented by an anchor icon located at the bottom right of the main RDM window.
Could you please try toggling this feature on or off and let me know if it resolves the issue?
Feel free to let me know if this helps or if you need further assistance.
Best regards,
Jacob Lafrenière
Hi @Jacob Lafrenière sorry for the delya in response. This did indeed fix the 'issue' for me. Thanks!
EDIT: the issue is indeed fixed, but not by this toggle. I have not changed anything and haven't updated RDM, but it still works as I expect it to.. maybe a windows update 🤷
