Subject: Microsoft VPN Session is not disconnected

Hi,

I spending some time to evaluate your nice tool for use in our support group. So far everything is OK except for one small issue:

I've created a VPN session type Microsoft VPN (that connects to a customer with simple PPTP) and using this one in a RDP-session.
In the VPN tab, I've set "Close" to "On sessions close".

The problem is that the connection will not close, not when sessions ends, not when i manually click "Close session" on the VPN connection.
I can't se the connection in Windows "Network connections" either, so I have to run the Network diagnostic tool to reset the connections.

What can I do to fix this?

Thanks,
Fredrik

Hi,
We call the rasphone or rasdial to close the connection. Could you try to close it with the command line?

dhervieux,

Thanks for your response.
It was closed using command line "rasphone -h Vågen".

I think the swedish chars åäö is the problem, and that you have a minor bug in RDM.
When I renamed the VPN to another name, like "Vagen", all seems to work just fine.

Fredrik
