Account locked out

Hello,

We are using version 6.0.1.0 and every once in a while our domain user is getting locked out.
We are using a Ultra vnc connection with a windows explorer sub connection to c$.

It only locks out when we try to open the sub connection that has the domain user and password in it under host and credentials.
It only happens to 2 of our Dbowners. 1 owner still has access but the other 1 keeps locking out our domain user. This happens randomly. Sometimes Dbowner A gets the problem and the other time Dbowner B has this problem. Strangely always when working on the same machine. The other 3 users never have these problems.

Both working on a windows 7 machine.

We can only fix this by removing the windows credentials of the machine that we are trying to access and the person that keeps locking out the domain user has to fill in the domain password in the sub connection. After this we can use the sub connection normally. Its like the password has been changed for 1 Dbowner only because the other 1 can still use the same sub connection

I don’t know what causes the lockout of the domain user but because certain processes depend on that domainuser its very important for us to fix this problem.
