Decoration on selected Tab

Greetings:
Would it be possible to have the decoration on the selected tab be more defined? I often find myself getting lost as I use a lot of different colors of tabs to help me recognize my servers easier.
When a tab is selected, it isn't quickly identifiable that it's selected. Often, it appears as just another color when you have different color tabs on the screen. An example fix might be to make the text bolder, or to underline the tab similar to when a group tab is selected.

Could you post a print screen of your tabs, I would like to see what it looks like with your colors.

Here is an example.
The color of the tab that is selected is normally the color of the ones right next to it. When it's selected, it's the default color, which is fine. If the text were bolded with an underline, I think it would go a long way to help my aging eyes!
