external IE10 open on the task bar
Hi, when I open an IE in external mode my IE icon flashed on the taskbar and does not open maximised.
Can this be fixed?

IE 10 10.0.9200.16580 windows 8, 8.2.0.0 RDM.
I have the same IE, same OS and almost the same RDM (8.2.19.0) but I’m unable to reproduce.
Nonetheless I’ve done a modification that might help. It will be available in the next beta release.
