How To display cisco VPN client next to clock

I need this icon for troubleshooting connections & whether I'm online or not, as there is no indication of being online.

Sorry this is XP, not hidden icons of 7.
When you run the client, it appears to run via script or command prompt style.

Indeed we start a new process, but in the same manner of many other VPNs. Testing this will be difficult, can you confirm that there arent options in the VPN client itself?

I looked for settings, but didn't find many. Changed a few, but didn't help. If I open the same connection from the cisco VPN client ver 5.0.07.0410, the app stays open on screen & a new icon is shown by the clock.
I installed ur software on another XP SP3 x32 PC & tried it their, same issue.
