I am trying this program for the first time today, and I have tried importing all my connections from mremote. Import was ok, but the passwords were not imported. I'm guessing it cannot be done? I have at least 500 connections in mremote and it would be a lot of trouble to find the passwords again.

Hi,
Do you have the Enterprise Edition ? The import password is available only in the Enterprise but there is no guaranties that it works. I tested only the latest version and it was done with reverse engineering because I don't have access to this part of the code (which is a good thing).
