Hello,

Thank you for your patience.

The latest version of RDM (2025.2.14.0) includes a fix for the issue you are experiencing. Could you please update RDM or test the fix in a staging environment?

Let me know if the issue persists.

Best regards,

Jacob Lafrenière

I have the same problem, I have already updated to version RDM (2025.2.14.0) and it presents a similar error.
Best regards,
John.

I also have the same problem.
RDM version: 2025.2.14.0 64-bit
.NET 9.0.6

SSH terminal:
"An unexpected error occurreed. Error code: 19
parallelism must be at least 1"

The error code seems to increment when I open terminals. For example, the first SSH terminal I open has error code 19, then the next 20, then the next 22, etc.

Hello,

Thank you all for reaching out on this matter.

We found out there was another related issue with the initial problem.
We were able to reproduce the issue you are all experiencing. It has been reported to the development team, and they will begin working on a fix soon.

I will follow up here as soon as a fix is deployed in a future update.

@Jacob Lafrenière - We have deployed 2.16 it and tested with two machines now and the issue seems to be resolved. I'll update if we find any that don't work.
