It seams a problem only on my user because I've tried to connect from different workstation and I have the same issue

Hello,

What version of RDM are you running on your workstation?

Regarding DVLS, which version did you upgrade to?

Best regards,

Jeff Dagenais

Hi Jeff, and thanks for reply

Client version is 2025.1.37.0 and the server is the 2025.1.7.0

Update: I've try to switch to Username/passowrd login and it connect
I've delete the user on server without success, too

avatar

Sorry, after switch back to SSO now login works (but it seems that DVLS didn't find my user from group because I had to assign license and vault manually)

You removed your domain user from the DVLS. Is this correct? Then you re-imported your domain account? And now the SSO is working...?

Kind regards,
Kelly

I've removed my domain user from DVLS, after I added the domain user manually, after I've tested the connection succefully with username password and at the end I switched to SSO with out any problem until the late afternoon that issue happened again

This morning I've started the application again and SSO works back again until the late morning when authentication (SSO or username/password) doesn't work again

Authentication on web page works both (SSO and u/p)

I've tried resetting application and change workstation but authentication doesn't work only for my account (it's strange I know and the issue is bind on my account but I don't find any logs to read)

Regards
