I have registered multiple Yubikey authentication keys with my account. One for logon from my main PC and another Yubikey for my tablet.

Any time I am prompted for my Yubikey on my tablet, it never works and I end up having to use another MFA method. What a I doing wrong?

Could you please let us know if you receive any error messages when attempting to use your YubiKey?
Additionally, could you specify the type of session in which you're encountering the issue?

I am attempting to login to Lastpass from a browser. I have tried Edge, Chrome, Firefox. Unless I am using the Yubikey associated from my main laptop, I get an 'Authentication Failed' error message in the browser window.

I have tried de-registering and re-registering the Yubikeys for my tablet neither of which worked.

I have de-registered and re-registered all Yubikeys, including the key that works from my laptop. After doing that, the laptop Yubikey works. The tablet Yubikeys do not.

What are the next steps I should try?
