Issues with vault switching since 2025.1.33.0

Hi there

We have issues with vault switching since 2025.1.33.0. While version 2025.1.34.0 works a bit better, it's not yet fully solved.

Symptoms:

  • Opening the vault overview does not show all vaults

  • Refreshing does show all vaults. If you click another vault, the connection overview does randomly switch to the vault and sometimes not.


  • RDM Web and RDM mobile does not have this kind of issue, RDM in Windows does have the issue.

Could you confirm which version of DVLS you are currently using? I have not been able to reproduce the behavior so far on 2025.1.34.0 does it occur for you after performing a specific action or anytime you try to use the vault selector?

We are using DVLS 2025.1.6.

We have about 50 users, all users are affected anytime. Sometimes, you have to try 10 times before the vault switch is working. This is very annoying and disturbing our productivity.

RDM 2025.1.34.0 is also affected.

However, DVLS Web and RDM Mobile does not show this behavior so this issue should be caused by RDM itself.

See RDM and vault loading problems after authenticating, this is the same issue and workaround for the moment with disabling cache mode in RDM.

Is there an ETA for the fix? While working without offline is ok so far, we are restricted in our daily usage of RDM because our technicians are often at locations without internet access.

That is correct, a fix for this behavior should have been included in 2025.2,
