Opened Sessions Tab Refreshes and Cancels Active Selection

Hello,

I've found that on the "opened sessions" tab when I try to multi-select a handful of sessions, every few seconds it will do some sort of refresh/reload it seems that will cause my selection to be lost. For example if I have, say, 30 sessions opened and I need to select a handful of them to log out from, before I can finish multi-selecting them all, the view will reload and I'll lose my selection.

Is this intended behavior? If so, is there some way I can slow down or disable (temporarily) the refresh?
