AzureDB - always have to referch the vaults at startup

Hi,

Anyone else hosting the DB on an azure SQL server? 90% of the time we open RDM, it does not find the DB and we have to allow it to fail then go and hit the refresh icon in the vault panel. We have increased the timeout but it just adds to the frustration of having to wait for it to open and fail 90% of the time just adding more frustration.

Any clues on preventing this, does not do this for our Windows devices!
