Vault Entry tabs

Change color of 'Ok' / 'Update', etc.. tabs within submenu's when an edit is made within a Vault entry's Properties... tab. (Or any other tab that is opened or changed).

Thank you for the request. It's an interesting idea, we'll have to think about how to implement this. At the moment the way our UI interacts with the code makes this difficult, but we're starting to move towards Avalonia as a UI framework and that might help us achieve this in the long term.
