After upgrading Devolutions RDM Client to latest version: 2025.1.24.0 (Windows). Some of our users are reporting duplicate entries in Personal Vault. Every entry (Excluding folders) gets listed twice in the Personal Vault.
This also affects entries where you have linked to personal Vault based on a keyword, making you chose witch of the two entries you want to use.
Deleting one of the entries affects both entries, and both entries are removed when one if deleted.
Error is only in the local client, web client is not affected.

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this,
What type of data source are you using? If you are using a DVLS data source, could you confirm the version?
Can you confirm that the affected users have updated their RDM instance to 2025.1.24.0? Is version management currently configured?
Let me know,
Best regards,
Samuel Dery
Data Source is a locally installed DVSL & Data source is on version 2025.1.3.0.
As stated the Clients are on version 2025.1.24.0, this issue started after this upgrade.
Hello,
Thank you for your reply,
Do you have version management configured?
https://docs.devolutions.net/server/web-interface/administration/configuration/system-settings/version-management/
Could you have the users go under "File" -> "Data sources" select the DVLS and use the "Edit" (Pencil) button, then go under the "Advanced" section and press "Manage Cache" -> "Analyze" then "Delete" once done perform a "Refresh".
Let me know if the problem persists,
Best regards,
Samuel Dery
Yes we use version management.
There is no button to Analyza Cache available:
But, looking at Private Vault today, the duplicate connections seems to have disappeared. No idea what happened, but it seems to be working as intended now.

Hello,
Thank you for your reply,
I suspect it may have been a cache issue, I'm glad to hear it corrected itself.
If it does return, feel free to let me know,
Best regards,
Samuel Dery
