From a quick search they seem to have a command line available:

The base command seems to be something like this:
"C:\Program Files\Parsec\parsecd.exe" peer_id=exampleid

We could integrate this in RDM. Since it's only a command line and not a full API, it's limited in what it can do, but there seems to be a lot of possible customization for the settings.
For now you could use this command in the "Command line" entry in RDM. I've opened a ticket on our side.
