Having issue with RDM its not taking 2FA resulting in login failed
most of the end users are having issue with RDM its not taking 2FA which is integrated with secret server.
Getting error as login failed since yesterday. There was no changes made from admin end

Could you get the profiler level 1 from RDM and send a trace to the support?

Also, could you tell me if something has changed?
RDM versions, updates on the server, and time synchronization from the workstation and the server?
When the 2FA does not work, it is usually related to the difference in time between the workstation and the server.

Hi Patrick, sure will do that but nothing has changed from admin end.
If users are locked out in secret server they are getting error as login failed.
once they are able to login to secret server they are getting error as "Invalid TOTP authenticator or pin code"
