RDM Free Edition MFA lockout.

Hello Devolutioneers,

I exchanged my cell and now I cannot get into RDM as it did not restore MFA accounts in my authenticator application. I have tried the following several times to no avail: https://docs.devolutions.net/rdm/kb/troubleshooting-articles/2fa-rdm-application-lost/. I was hoping before nuking the application there was another method to get into application or a method that would save me time to rebuild. Any feedback is greatly appreciated!
