Add an option to Inherrit folders color under User Interface > Entry Color

Client Request

The client would like a way to inherit folder colors, so that when a color is set on a parent folder, all subfolders can be marked as "Inherited" for the "Entry Color" option and automatically adopt the same color.

Currently, the only option available for the Entry color is "Custom Color" and "Based on status."
