Quick Connect Password

In the company we use VNC to connect to internal clients to provide assistance via Quick Connect
The problem is that some computers have one password and others use another to allow the connection
We would like to store, for each computer name to which we connect, the default access password

Thank you

Hello,

Is there a reason why you're not storing this information in your datasource to be able to reuse it easily? That would be the intended way to achieve what you need. If the reason is that it's convenient to use the quick connect instead of finding your entry, you could look at the quick search feature, which is easily accessible through the Ctrl-Space shortcut.
If this is not an appropriate solution for you, we would need more information to understand your environment and to come up with a good solution.

Why is it impossible for me to save all the potential clients I connect to and associate a password with them in advance
There are about 500 computers that change continuously
Every day we receive dozens of support calls where each user tells us their computer name (LT001, LT002 or DT300, DT459, etc...) and each time you have to choose which password to use hoping it is the right one (almost never, ahahahah)

It would be useful to have an option to save credentials during connection that can be checked and that can be reused at a later time creating a history as time goes by

Thank you for the additional information. For now this is not in our short term plans but we will keep an eye out for additional feedback regarding this. There are a lot of challenges that come with implementing a feature like this.
