Data lost?

I installed a new computer. Installed RDM Team and wanted to connect to an existing datasource (DOD). On my old computer I saw all the connections. On my new computer I added a datasource (DOD) fill in my username and I setup to make a backup to my local drive and click save. No errors but the Datasource is empty.

I went to my old computer and open the datasource (DOD) and see all my connections, try to make a local backup, enter the master key. And suddenly the datasource is also empty on my old computer. What is going on, I have no access to my stored connections...

Which version of RDM are you currently using?

Devolution Online Drive has been deprecated for quite some time. Is it possible you migrated the data to a Hub Personal? The prompt would have looked like the one in this knowledge base article:

Hi Samuel,

I would like todo it, but till 4 days ago I was able to use the DOD, but after configuring the backup settings, all the content of my DOD was gone. How is that possible?

Thank you for your reply,

I have to assume you were using an Offline Cache of the data, and when you configured the Backup Settings, it switched to Online mode in order to create the Backup which caused this, it is however very difficult to say with certainty.

Do you perhaps have another backup of the data? Have you checked the Hub personal web interface to see if your entries have been migrated there?

I have this exact same problem, I never knew about Online drive being deprecated and I have been using it without issues, then today when I click on User Vault the application just flickers and goes back to my main vault.

I logged it to the Hub Personal web interface and its empty. What happened with my connections.dod from the Online Drive? how can I recover this? there has to be a way to recover it...
