Whenever I move to a new location and take my laptop out of sleep, RDM says it cannot talk to the data source. I refresh the connections, it says waiting for login, I get the web page to authorize, and I accept. I get this every day. Is there no token being stored somewhere for this? It wasn't like this a few months ago, and now it is every time I go to a new location.
Hello,
Thank you for your feedback.
What data source type are you connected to?
If it's DVLS, you will find the solution on this documentation page.

I am using Devolutions Hub Personal.
Hello,
This is normal behaviour. If your network connection is interrupted by system sleep and you switch to another network, you will need a new token.

I feel like this is new behavior in the last few months. I never had to renew it each time.....maybe every 30 days.
Hello,
When changing locations, are you also switching networks?
Please note that this behaviour could be related to a Windows update or an RDM update implemented for security purposes.
Let me know if further assistance is needed.

Jacob Lafrenière
Yes.....I move between locations/clients/home.
It probably is something implemented somewhere along the line.
Hello,
Yes, this would be related to the authentication token. It does not recognize the IP addresses, so it asks for a new token.
