New install of RDM crashes when connecting to Password Hub for Business
I reinstalled my laptop and did a fresh install of RDM 2024.3.22.0 64-bit. I can connect to local datasource, and can add a datasource for Password Hub for Business, but when I try to use the Password Hub for Business datasource, RDM crashes. Please help.

Could you try updating to the latest 2024.3 release currently out, 2024.3.25.0, and see if it's still unable to connect to your Hub datasource?

I upgraded. When I switch to the online datasource, RDM hangs.

I recommend trying a portable version of RDM to bypass all your local configurations. You can follow the steps outlined in our knowledge base article here:

Thanks Jacob. I had a look at the application logs and found this:
System.Security.Cryptography.CryptographicException: The requested operation cannot be completed. The computer must be trusted for delegation and the current user account must be configured to allow delegation.
This was caused by an Active Directory password change that left AD and my laptop out of sync, so AD login to Password Hub for Business was failing. After syncing passwords, RDM works.
