Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to Devolutions Support.

Could you please check under Files -> Settings -> Entry Type -> Sessions -> Algorithmic Support to confirm if the algorithm you are using is activated there?

Additionally, we kindly ask you to follow this documentation to create an SSH key entry and then link the key in the Properties of the entry under SSH Key:
https://docs.devolutions.net/rdm/concepts/intermediate-concepts/ssh-key/

you can follow this screenshot to link the ssh key entry to your ssh entry

if you have any additional questions, concerns, or require further support, please let me know, and I'll be more than happy to help.

Best regards,

Carl Marien
