Offline setting Local settings.

Not sure why it accepted the images without allowing me to comment.
The issue is when in Offline Mode I have been able to set the Local Settings for the computer I am on. Since an update within the last 2 months that is no longer possible.
The 2 screenshots are online and offline.
I have looked at all the settings in File->settings and Administration->Vault Setting, Administration->System Settings, Administration->System Permissions, Administration->Security Providers. There are some items which mention Local Setting and they are checked.
Maybe I just missed one somewhere, but don't know where else to look.

Could you let me know which version you were using before encountering this issue? Currently, it is indeed not possible to modify anything in an entry while in offline mode.

As of last summer I was able to edit the Local and User settings when I was using RDM on my desktop at home. I'm not sure what version that would be. I do keep up to date when an update is released.
