Hello,
Thank you for contacting Devolutions Support.
I recall working on a ticket with you in August regarding Google Drive integration. If I’m not mistaken, you transitioned to OneDrive at that time. Are you still using this solution?
Best regards,

Same problem here. Today I opened RDM and while I was trying to move all my server list (From Google Drive to another like Devolutions Free Personal Hub or whatever), a new update to 2024.3.22.0 version was available so I dediced to upgrade. What is the suprise when back to RDM in the new version? All my server list from Google Drive Datasource are missing...
I've the file "remote_server_list.rdd" saved in my Google Drive, but nothing found about how to migrage from an "rdd" file to XML or another formar or source... And followint this instructions (https://docs.devolutions.net/rdm/kb/troubleshooting-articles/access-your-en-rdm-entry-in-google-chrome-if-google-drive-integration-does-not-work/#export-data-from-xml-to-a-new-data-source) that somebody puts in another post doesn't work. In addition, I don't have a "extensionless" file in my google drive as that instructions mentioned.
I need urgent help please....
Thank you in advance.

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to Devolutions Support.
The `.rdd` file extension is associated with data source configurations, allowing you to export and import settings across different RDM installations. Please note that `.rdd` files contain only configuration details and do not include the actual database content.
That being said, it does not change the fact that a file created by RDM should technically be stored in Google Drive.
Would it be possible for you to check some files in your Google Drive and see if they resemble the XML file I provided?
Best regards,
Carl Marien
